What if I want to order more than what you currently have in stock?

You have two options:

1. Purchase what we currently have in stock, wait until the website updates, then order again once the website says 'Make to Order'.

2. Reach out to us on the contact page.

How do our products and services compare to other manufacturers?

We do not like to brag, so here are some facts:

1. We proudly use top-quality cell cast acrylic for our display cases. Some other manufacturers use lower-end cast or even extruded acrylic to make more profit.

2. We provide a full 1-year warranty on all of our products! Some other manufacturers give no warranty at all, and no returns. They do not seem to have your back....

4. If you have a problem, yo we will solve it! Reach out to us on most platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Pinterest, Shop App) or directly, and we will be happy to help!

5. We also make and sell our products here in the United States (Houston, Texas). This allows us to make our products more personal if you have any special requests. This also saves you from needing to ship overseas if you ordered there previously.

How do I assemble my product?

Why do some products say "Make to Order"?

We focus on keeping our most popular products in stock; some products may not sell as often, so we may not produce more until we see a request for them. If you order these products, we will get the items made as soon as we can.

Also, keep in mind I do all this solo on the side while working full time 8-5. So please be patient with me while I try to grow and improve the company. Thank you!

I don't see the product I am looking for, when will you have it available?

We try to add new products as we see a demand for them. Please contact us and let us know what you want so we can know there is a demand. The higher the demand, the quicker we will try to get it into production for everyone. 

When will I receive my order?

If we have the items in stock, it typically takes 1-3 days to process the order. and drop it off with the shipping carrier.

If we do not have the items in stock, it may take 1-2 weeks for us to get the items made and ready for shipment, depending on the order and other factors.

After the carrier receives the package, the travel time will depend on the shipping service selected and the shipper.

Do you sell wholesale or at discounted rates?

I currently do not sell wholesale or have any authorized resellers. Maybe in the future!

I can work with you on pricing if you purchase in bulk of at least 100 items.

Do you make custom displays?

Yes we can make custom displays! We do our best to work with you on pricing.

For example: If the product is just something we do not make yet and it has a demand and we can keep selling the product after we make it for you, then we can possibly keep the cost of making it lower for you.

If this product is a one off custom, then expect a one off custom price to make it for you.

I have shipping damages, what should I do?

If you have any damage from shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can help!

We will need photos of the damage sent to us, so please have them ready when we reply. Most of our shipments have insurance, and we will need the photos to provide to the carrier so we can hold them liable.
