Assembly Instructions for Kaido House OFFSE7 Pin Cases

Please consider these instructions a general guide for assembly — you may find additional tips along the way and don't need to follow every step strictly. Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels

Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic and lay out all panels on a clean surface, positioning them for easy identification.

Step 2: Start with the bottom panel

Place the bottom panel with the sticker facing up. Peel off the protective film with the sticker on it—leave the bottom film in place for now.

Step 3: Assemble the front, back, left, and right panels

Remove the paper film from the front, back, and side panels. Assemble the side panels to the front and back panels, ensuring the KR logos are on the inside of the front or back panel and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels. Set all 4 panels onto the bottom panel by aligning the holes and tabs.

Step 4: Flip the case over and secure the bottom

Holding the panels together, carefully flip the case over. Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert one nut into the hole in one of the side panels. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole and start threading it by hand. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten.

Repeat this process on the opposite side, then carefully flip the display back over.

Step 5: Add your pin

Carefully slide your Kaido Pin down into the slots of each nut at the bottom to hold the pin in place.

Step 6: Finish the top

Remove the protective film from the underside of the top panel. Insert a nut into the top of each side panel, aligning the pin card with the slots of each nut. Keep the nuts in place, then set the top panel on top of the other panels. Insert the screws on each side and fasten the top panel into place.

Step 7: Final touches

Remove any remaining protective film and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Always use soft cloths like microfiber — avoid paper towels.

Step 8: Enjoy your finished display
