Assembly Instructions for our 2026 SuperCon Car Tuned Rig Display Case

These instructions are for our acrylic display, specifically designed for the 2026 SuperCon Car Tuned Rig Set. The display case features the Box, Rig, and Pin in a single case. 

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels
Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic. Lay out all the acrylic panels on a clean surface, making sure they are positioned for easy identification. If you have not assembled this type of case before, I recommend doing one box at a time; the process is the same for each.

Important Notes:
Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 2: Start with the Bottom Panel
To begin, place the bottom panel on the surface, sticker side facing up. Peel off the top protective film.
 

Step 3: Assemble the walls (Left, Back, Right)
Next, remove the paper film from the back panel and the side panels (left & right). Then, assemble the side panels to the back panels and place them down onto the bottom panel by aligning the tabs and holes. 

Important Note: Ensure that any KR logos are right side up and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels. Place these panels on top of the bottom panel by aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 4: Insert Card Holders, Box, and Rig
Remove the protective film from the pink card holder panels and place them on the inside of each side of the case. The panels will insert into the slots on each side panel, then slide down and insert into the slots on the bottom panel. With the holder plates installed, insert the box so the front of the box faces outward toward the back of the case. Then gently slide the Rig down between the Box and Card Holder panels.  

Step 4: Assemble the Top Panels
Remove all protective film from the bottom clear Pin Panel and insert it above the box by aligning the four tabs that slide into the side panels. The cutout should be over the front of the display, not over the box. Then, remove the protective film from the pink Upper Pin Panel and place it on top of the previous panel. Then place your pin into the cutout, matching the shape of the pin card. Then, remove the protective film from the bottom of the Top panel and place it on top of the other panels by aligning the tabs and holes.

 

Step 5: Securing the panels together with hardware
Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert one of the nuts into one of the holes on the top of the right side. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole above and start threading it into the nut by hand to get it started. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench.

Repeat this process on the left side.

After securely holding the bottom panel in place, carefully flip the display/box over. Then repeat this process again on each side.

Step 6: Add the final touches
Once the box is built, remove any protective film on the acrylic and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes:

Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Opt for an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Use soft cloths, such as microfiber cloths, for cleaning and avoid paper towels.

Step 8: Place your items inside each box
Carefully place your item inside the acrylic box display!

Step 7: Assemble the Front Panel
Remove the protective film from both sides of the Front Panel and carefully place the panel on the front of the display by aligning the magnets together. 

Important Note: If the magnets push the panel away, flip it around and try again.

Step 8: Enjoy your finished display
Take a moment to appreciate your work! Your acrylic box display is now ready to show off your items.
