Standard Display Assembly Instructions

These instructions are for our acrylic box displays that have 4 walls and no door.

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels

Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic, lay out all the acrylic panels on a clean surface, making sure they are positioned for easy identification.

Important Note: Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 2: Start with the Bottom Panel

Place the bottom panel on the surface with the sticker facing up and the direction arrow pointing toward you. Peel off the top protective film.

Step 3: Assemble the walls

Remove the paper film from the interior side of the front, back, and side panels. Assemble the side panels to the front and back panels, then place them on top of the bottom panel by aligning the tabs and holes.

Important Note: Ensure that any KR logos are right side up and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels.

Step 4: Place your item inside

Carefully place your item inside the acrylic box display.

Notes for Hot Wheels NFT and Car Tuned Dinner Car: Place the cardboard box to the back of the case, then place the carded diecast with the protector in front of the cardboard box and insert the clips on each side to hold the protector in place.

Step 5: Assemble the Top Panel

Remove the protective film from the bottom of the top panel and place it on top of the other panels, aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 6: Secure the panels with hardware

Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, for each cross hole on the side panel, insert one nut into the cross hole. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole above and start threading it into the nut by hand. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench.

Repeat this process on the opposite side. After you secure the top panel, carefully flip the display over and repeat on each side of the bottom.

Step 7: Add the final touches

Once the box is built, remove any remaining protective film and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Always use soft cloths like microfiber — avoid paper towels.

Step 8: Enjoy your finished display

Take a moment to appreciate your work! Your acrylic box display is now ready to show off your collectibles.
