Multi-Tier Display Assembly Instructions

Please consider these instructions a general assembly guide — you may find additional tips along the way and don't need to follow every step strictly. Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels

Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic and lay out all panels on a clean surface, positioning them for easy identification.

Step 2: Start with the bottom panel

Take the bottom panel with the top side facing up. Peel off the protective film with the identification sticker — you can leave the bottom film on for now.

Step 3: Assemble the back and side walls

Remove the paper film from the back and side panels. Assemble the side panels to the back panel, ensuring the KR logos are on the top side of the side panels and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels. Set the back and side panels onto the bottom panel by aligning the holes and tabs.

Step 4: Assemble the shelf(ves)

Remove the protective film from the shelf panels, then place the rear tab into the back panel and the side tabs into the side panels on each side.

Step 5: Assemble the front door

Remove the protective film from the door panel, then follow the instructions for your door type:

Hinged Door: Place the side tabs into the side panel door holes on the top of each side panel. Try not to let the shelf panel(s) fall while inserting the door panel.

Note: In many cases, you will need to pull the latching panel out for the door to open and close.

Magnetic Door: Attach the panel to the side panels with the magnets. If it pushes back instead of clicking together, flip the panel over and it should click into place.

Step 6: Assemble the top panel

Remove the bottom protective film from the top panel, then place it on top of the other panels, aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 7: Secure the panels with hardware

Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert one nut into the hole on a side panel. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole above and start threading it by hand. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten.

Repeat on the opposite side. After securing the top, carefully flip the display over and secure the bottom panel the same way.

Step 8: Add your item(s)

Securing loose diecast: You can optionally secure your diecast with mounting putty or something similar.

Note: Depending on the door latch style, you may need to slightly pull the side panel away from the door so it can latch and unlatch.

Step 9: Enjoy your finished display

Remove any remaining protective film and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Always use soft cloths like microfiber — avoid paper towels.
