Flat Back Wall Display Assembly Instructions

Each panel should be labeled for you. Please consider these instructions a general guide for assembly — you may find additional tips along the way and don't need to follow every step strictly. Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels

Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic and lay out all panels on a clean surface, positioning them for easy identification.

Step 2: Begin with the back panel

Use the back panel to mark your mounting holes on the wall. After marking, lay the back panel on a table or work area and remove the paper from the top side only.

Step 3: Place the center panel

Remove the paper film from both sides of the center panel. Place it on top of the back panel by aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 4: Place the divider panels

Remove the paper film from both sides of each divider panel. Place them on top of the back panel by aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 5: Place the shelf panels

Remove the paper film from both sides of each shelf panel. Place each shelf panel across the divider panels by aligning the slots, allowing the panels to rest on the back panel.

Step 6: Place the side panels

Remove the paper film from both sides of the left and right panels. Make sure the KR logos face outward so they read correctly. Place each side panel by aligning the shelf panel tabs.

Step 7: Place the top panel

Remove the paper film from both sides of the top panel. Place it on the upper side of the divider panels by aligning the tabs and holes. Secure one corner using a provided stainless screw and nut, snugging it down with the hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten. Repeat for the opposite corner.

Step 8: Place the bottom panel

Remove the paper film from both sides of the bottom panel. Place it on the lower side of the divider panels by aligning the tabs and holes. Secure one corner using a provided stainless screw and nut, snugging it down with the hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten. Repeat for the opposite corner.

Step 9: Secure the sides and center panel to the back panel

For this step, it's easiest to let part of the display hang off the table so you can access the back side without lifting it — rotate the display as needed. Using the supplied stainless screws and nuts, attach the side panels and center panel to the back panel. There are four attachment points on each side panel and two on the center panel (one at the top, one at the bottom). Tighten with the hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten. Repeat for each nut and screw set.

Step 10: Secure the top and bottom panels to the divider panels

For this step, rest the display on its side and use a prop or lean it against a wall to keep it stable. Using the remaining screws and nuts, attach the top and bottom panels to each divider. With the display on its side, you can slide the nuts into the slots and let them fall into place. Tighten with the hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten. Repeat for each set of nuts and screws.

Step 11: Prepare and mount

Add your mounting points to the wall using the provided hardware or your own. Remove the paper from the back of the back panel, then hang your display. Ensure the screws securely fasten the back panel to the wall without excess slack.

Important: Do not overtighten the wall screws. Over-tightening could crack the panel and is not covered by warranty.

Step 12: Insert your item(s)

Place your items into the display case.

Step 13: Secure the front panel

Remove the paper from the front panel, making sure the logos are facing outward and right side up. Place the panel onto the display by lining up the tabs with the holes — the magnets will pull it in to secure it once it's close enough.

Step 14: Enjoy your finished display

Remove any remaining protective film and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to keep the display looking its best. Always use soft cloths like microfiber — avoid paper towels.
