Flat Back Wall Display Assembly Instructions
Each panel should be labeled for you. Please consider these instructions as a general guide for assembly; you might discover other tips or steps that help. Therefore, you don’t need to follow the guide below exactly.
Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.
Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels
Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic. Lay out all the acrylic panels on a clean surface, ensuring they are arranged for easy identification.
Step 2: Begin with the Back Panel
To begin, use the back panel to mark your holes on the wall for mounting!!! After you have your holes marked, lay the Back Panel down onto a table or work area; remove the paper from the top side only.
Step 3: Place the Center Panel
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of the Center Panel. Place the Center Panel on top of the Back Panel by aligning the tabs and holes.
Step 4: Place the Divider Panels
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of each Divider Panel. Place the panels on top of the Back Panel by aligning the tabs and holes.
Step 5: Place the Shelf Panels
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of each Shelf Panel. Place each shelf panel across the divider panels by aligning the slots, allowing the panels to rest on the Back Panel.
Step 6: Place the Side Panels
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of the Left and Right Panels. Make sure the KR logos on the side panels face outward so they read correctly. Place each side panel by aligning the shelf panel tabs.
Step 7: Place the Top Panel
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of the Top Panel. Then place the Top Panel on the upper/top side of the divider panels by aligning the tabs and holes. Secure one corner using one of the provided stainless screws and nuts. Snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!!! Repeat this process for the opposite corner.
Step 8: Place the Bottom Panel
Next, remove the paper film from both sides of the Bottom Panel. Then place the Bottom Panel on the lower/bottom side of the divider panels by aligning the tabs and holes. Secure one corner using one of the provided stainless screws and nuts. Snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!!! Repeat this process for the opposite corner.
Step 9: Securing the Sides and Center Panel to the Back Panel
For this step, it’s usually easiest to let part of the display hang off the table or work area so you can access the back side without lifting it and rotate the display as needed. Using more of the supplied stainless screws and nuts, attach the side panels and center panel to the back panel. There are four points on each side panel and two on the center panel—one at the top and one at the bottom. Tighten the screws with the hex wrench provided. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!!! Repeat this process for each nut and screw set.
Step 10: Securing the Top/Bottom Panels to the Divider Panels
For this step, it’s easiest to set up the display by resting it on its side. Use a prop or lean it against a wall to keep it stable—just ensure it won’t fall or slide while you’re working on it. Using the remaining stainless screws and nuts, attach the top and bottom panels to each divider. If the display is on its side, you’ll be able to slide the nuts into the slots and let them fall into place; otherwise, it might be more challenging. After positioning the nuts, tighten the screws with the provided hex wrench, but avoid over-tightening. Repeat this process for each set of nuts and screws.
Step 11: Prepare and Mount!
Add your mounting points to the wall using the provided hardware or your own. Remove the paper from the back of the Back Panel, then hang your new display. Ensure your screws securely fasten the Back Panel to the wall without excess slack. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN!!! Over-tightening the screws could crack the panel, and this is not covered by warranty.
Step 12: Now for the first fun part! Insert your Item(s)
Place your items into the case.
Step 13: Securing the Item(s)
Remove the paper from the front panel, making sure the logos are facing outward and right side up. Place the panel onto the display by lining up the tabs with the holes. The magnets will pull the panel in to secure it once it’s close enough.
Step 14: Enjoy your finished display
Remove any remaining protective film and take a moment to appreciate your work! Your acrylic box display is now ready to show off your items.
Cleaning Notes:
Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to keep the display looking its best. Clean with soft cloths like microfiber, and avoid paper towels.
