Box Style Display with Door Assembly Instructions

Please consider these instructions a general guide for assembly — you may find additional tips along the way and don't need to follow every step strictly. Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels

Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic and lay out all panels on a clean surface, positioning them for easy identification.

Step 2: Start with the bottom panel

Take the bottom panel and position it with the sticker facing up. Peel off the protective film that has the sticker on it — leave the bottom film in place for now.

Step 3: Assemble the back, left, and right panels

Remove the paper film from the back and side panels. Assemble the side panels to the back panel, ensuring the KR logos are on the top side of the side panels and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels. Set the back and side panels onto the bottom panel by aligning the holes and tabs.

Step 4: Assemble the front/door panel

Follow the instructions for your door type below:

Horizontal Door: Remove the protective film from the front panel and place the bottom tab into the bottom panel door hole on the right side. Prop the door panel up so it stays in place for now.

Vertical Door: Remove the protective film from the front panel and place the hinge tabs into the side panel door holes on the left and right sides.

Magnetic Door: Skip to the next steps to finish the assembly first, then remove the protective film from the front panel and place it on the front of the display. The magnets should pull it together — if it pushes away, flip the door over and try again.

Step 5: Assemble the top panel

Remove the bottom protective film from the top panel and place it on top of the other panels by aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 6: Secure the panels with hardware

Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert one nut into the hole on one of the side panels. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole above and start threading it by hand. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench.

Important: Do not overtighten.

Repeat this process on the opposite side. After securing the top, carefully flip the display over and secure the bottom panel using the same process.

Step 7: Add your item(s)

Loose: Add your loose product and optionally secure it with mounting putty or something similar.

Carded: Insert your carded item and secure it in place with the included push-in clips. Hold the card against the back panel while inserting the clips to avoid damaging your item.

Note: Depending on the door latch style, you may need to slightly pull the side panel away from the door so it can latch and unlatch.

Step 8: Enjoy your finished display

Remove any remaining protective film and clean the display with a microfiber towel for a pristine look.

Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Use an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Always use soft cloths like microfiber — avoid paper towels.
