Important Notes: Please consider these instructions as a general guide to help with assembly, you may find other tricks or steps to help you. So you do not have to strictly follow the guide below.
Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.
Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic, lay out all the acrylic panels on a clean surface, making sure they are positioned for easy identification.
Step 2: Start with the bottom (Panel #1) To begin, take the bottom panel (#1) and position it with the #1 sticker facing up. Peel off the protective film that has the #1 sticker on it, leave the bottom film for now.
Step 3: Assemble the back and side walls (Panels #2,3 & 4) Next, remove the paper film from the back (#2) and side panels (#3 & 4). Then, assemble the side panels to the back panel, ensuring that the KR logos are on the top side of the side panels and facing outwards. The actual engraving will be on the insides of the side panels. Then set the back and side panels onto the bottom panel by aligning the holes and tabs.
Step 4: Assemble the Door (Panel #5)
Horizontal Door: Remove the protective film from the door panel (#5) and place the bottom tab into the bottom panel door hole on the right side. Prop the door panel up so it stays in place for now.
Vertical Door: Remove the protective film from the door panel (#5) and place the hinge tabs into the side panel door hole on the left & right sides.
Step 5: Assemble the Top (Panel #6) Remove the bottom protective film from the top panel (#6) and place it on top of the other panels by aligning the tabs and holes.
Step 6: Securing the panels together with hardware Using the acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert one of the nuts into the hole on one of the side panels. While holding the nut in place, insert a screw into the screw hole above and start threading into the nut by hand to get it started. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!!!
Repeat this process on the opposite side.
After securely holding the bottom panel in place, carefully flip the display over and secure the bottom panel using the hardware provided as you did with the top panel.
Step 7: Add your item(s) Adding your items to the display:
Loose: Add your loose product and optionally secure it with mounting putty or something similar.
Carded: Insert your carded item and secure it in place with the included push in clips. Be sure to hold the card against the back panel while inserting the clips to be sure not to damage your item.
Note: Depending on the door latch style, you may need to slightly pull the side panel away from the door so it can latch and unlatch.
Step 8: Enjoy your finished display Remove any remaining protective film and take a moment to appreciate your work! Your acrylic box display is now ready to show off your items.
Cleaning Notes: Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Opt for an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Use soft cloths like microfiber for cleaning, avoiding paper towels.
Step 9: Share your creation Share photos of your constructed acrylic box display on social media or with friends to present your collectible showpiece with style!
