Assembly Instructions for Multi-Box Style Diecast Displays

Important Notes:
Please consider these instructions a general guide for assembly; you may find additional tips or steps to help you. So you do not have to strictly follow the guide below.

Consider using gloves during assembly to prevent fingerprints.

Pro Tips Before You Begin
1. Only peel what you need for assembly instead of the full piece. For instance, only peel back the parts that interlock or where the nuts mount.
2. When peeling the paper, you can use the sticky side of the paper to pull up the next piece. Just rub the sticky side up along the edge to lift the paper up!

Step 1: Lay out the acrylic panels
Keep the protective paper film on the acrylic. Lay out all the acrylic panels on a clean surface, ensuring they are positioned for easy identification.

Step 2: Starting with the Bottom Panel

To begin, take the bottom panel and position it with the sticker facing up and the arrow towards you, then peel the top paper off completely. This will help protect the underside while you assemble the case.

Step 3: Assembling the Back Panel and Side Panels
Peel the paper from each piece, noting the labels and directions of the arrows. I typically peel the inner side of each panel completely. Then I peel the top and bottom corners back on the outer side of the panels, or you can peel them completely.
Then, ensuring that the KR logos are on the top side of the side panels and facing outwards (The actual engraving will be on the inside of the side panels). Assemble the side panels to the back panel and place all three panels onto the bottom panel by aligning the tabs and holes.

Step 4: Assemble and secure the Top Panel
Remove the bottom protective film from the bottom of the top panel and place it on top of the back and side panels, by aligning the tabs and holes. Then secure each side panel using the provided screws and nuts. Slide the nut into the cutout, then insert the screw into the hole above so it engages the nut. Now carefully tighten the screw, ensuring you do not over-tighten it.

Step 5: Insert Shelf(s) and secure the Bottom Panel
Carefully flip the case over while holding the bottom panel in place. After you have flipped the case over, place the shelf panel(s) horizontally in the case by inserting the panel tabs into the side panel alignment holes. You can temporarily remove the bottom panel while inserting the shelves, if needed. Then secure the bottom panel as you did above with the Top Panel.

Step 6: Securing the divider panels together with hardware
After the Top and Bottom Panels have been secured, turn the display to a vertical orientation on one side. Using the remaining acrylic nuts and stainless screws provided, insert each nut into the holes of each divider. Since the display is vertical, you should be able to drop the nuts into each hole easily. Then, while holding the nut in place, insert the screw into the corresponding screw hole and thread it into the nut by hand to get it started. Then snug the screw down with the provided hex wrench. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!!!

Repeat this process until each side of each divider has been secured.

Step 8: Adding your items and the Front Panel
Next, add your items to each slot. Once done, with the display in a horizontal position, you can loosen the top screws. Then peel the film from the front panel and place the front panel onto the bottom panel, aligning the tabs and holes. Next, raise the Top Panel just enough to slide the Front Panel into place by aligning the tabs and holes, then let the Top Panel rest flat again. Ensuring the Top Panel is flat, tighten the top screws again and you are done!

Step 8: Enjoy your finished display
Remove any remaining protective film and take a moment to appreciate your work! Your acrylic display is now ready to enjoy and show off!

Cleaning Notes:
Avoid Windex or other harsh chemicals. Opt for an acrylic cleaner or soap and water to maintain the display's appearance. Use soft cloths, such as microfiber, for cleaning, avoiding paper towels.
